It is noted that companies have submitted proposals to the Ministry regarding their own manufactured medicines, for which they are willing to reduce prices in the near future.
Specifically, this includes pain relievers, sorbents, antacids, human immunoglobulins, antibiotics, anesthetics, antiepileptic drugs, cough suppressants, antipyretics, medications for regulating blood pressure, vitamins, and trace elements. More than 70 items from this list are included in the National List of Medicines. Additionally, 35 items are medications that can only be purchased and used with a prescription.
Manufacturers will start lowering retail prices from March of the current year.
