Министерство юстиции Украины, в ответ на масштабную кибератаку со стороны России на сетевую инфраструктуру Национальных информационных систем, учредило временные электронные адреса, по которым граждане Украины могут отправлять документы и обращения.

Through these addresses, you can send applications, inquiries, suggestions, or complaints, as well as receive responses in electronic format.
It is important to note that Ukraine recently faced the largest cyberattack on government registries in recent times. As a result of the attack carried out by Russian hackers, the operation of key Ministry of Justice systems was temporarily suspended. The hackers claimed to have destroyed all data they accessed, including backups on servers in Poland. The government registries will take two weeks to restore.
Due to the disruption in the functioning of some government registries, the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are forced to suspend certain vehicle registration services related to ownership changes.
