The electronic payment system of the National Bank of Ukraine (SEP) operates in accordance with the Technological Regulations, in a 24/7 mode with the date of the current calendar day.
Clearing and settlements in the Central Router and the clearing and settlement center of the National Payment System "Ukrainian Payment Space" ("PROSTIR") are conducted in normal mode.
The quantitative accounting system for deposit certificates CERTIF, the depository of the National Bank of Ukraine, and the National Bank of Ukraine during the depository activities of the depository institution, and the automated information system of the NBU "Credit Contracts with Non-Residents," as well as the foreign exchange market of Ukraine, operate in normal mode.
Foreign currency payments from the State Treasury Service of Ukraine through the NBU and JSC "Ukreximbank" are processed until 16:00.

SEP operates according to the Technological Regulations of the SEP in a 24/7 mode with the date of the current calendar day.
The banking system of Ukraine operates in normal mode.
The CERTIF system, the depository of the National Bank of Ukraine, the National Bank of Ukraine during the depository activities of the depository institution, the automated information system of the National Bank of Ukraine "Credit Contracts with Non-Residents," and the foreign exchange market of Ukraine operate in normal mode.
Clearing and settlements in the "PROSTIR" system among participants of the NPS "PROSTIR" are conducted in normal mode.
It is worth noting that during the period of martial law in Ukraine, the enforcement of certain labor legislation provisions has been temporarily suspended. In particular, public holidays have been canceled, and there is no transfer of the day off to the next day after a holiday if it falls on a Saturday or Sunday.
The electronic payment system of the National Bank (SEP) operates in a 24/7/365 mode. All banks in Ukraine are connected to the system and can process client payments around the clock without weekends, considering their own needs and those of their clients.
