Mobilization in Ukraine: The Cabinet has revised the criteria for reservists.

This was reported by the Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal.

In particular, starting from December 1, all regional and sector-specific criteria for the criticality of enterprises will be coordinated with the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Economy.

For the private sector, the salary criterion and the absence of debts to the budget will be mandatory requirements for reserving employees.

Additionally, all reservations from December 1 will be carried out through "Diia".

For those who already have a deferral, there will be a transition period to the new conditions until February 28, 2025: that is, by this date all enterprises must resume the reservation of their employees according to the new terms, regardless of how and when it occurred.

Earlier, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmyhal noted that primarily, the mobilization notices through the “Oberih” system were received by those liable for military service who do not pay taxes.
