The GBR has confirmed the arrest of the head of KRAIL and has revealed further details about the situation.

According to reports from the agency's press service, during the pre-trial investigation, the Bureau found that the institution led by Rudy intentionally failed to take action to revoke the license for organizing online gambling for a commercial entity, whose beneficial owners are citizens of the aggressor state.

The decision was not made, even despite numerous expert assessments indicating that the activities of the online casino pose a threat to national security.

Investigators from the Bureau established that the individual who directly controls the online casino's operations was financing military personnel involved in the so-called "SVO" following the commencement of the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation. The Bureau noted that the online casino continues its operations within Russia and on Russian web resources.

The Bureau, in collaboration with other authorized bodies, is taking measures to recover the seized assets transferred to the Agency for Asset Recovery and Management for the benefit of the state in accordance with current legislation.

The Bureau added that during searches at the home of the head of KRAIL, a significant quantity of narcotic substances – cocaine – was discovered and seized.



The issue of notifying Ivan Rudy of suspicion regarding aiding the aggressor state and illegal possession of narcotic substances in large quantities without the intent to sell (part 1 of Article 111-2, part 2 of Article 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), as well as the choice of preventive measures, is currently being resolved.

We also reported that the court selected preventive measures in the form of detention for the beneficial owners of the online casino Pin Up, the director, and the owner of the trademark and domain name. They were informed of suspicions under the article of aiding the aggressor state (Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
