As reported by Ukrinform, this was announced on Facebook by the head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Vadim Filashkin.
"On January 5, Russians wounded 7 residents of Donetsk: 3 in Pokrovsk, and 2 each in Nadiivka and Zarichne," noted the head of the regional administration.
Filashkin emphasized that the total number of casualties caused by Russian invaders in Donetsk (2,920 killed and 6,554 injured) does not include those from Mariupol and Volnovakha.
Meanwhile, the police clarified that Russian forces carried out 3,279 strikes on Donetsk Oblast in the past day, January 5, resulting in damage to 66 civilian facilities, including 45 residential buildings.
As reported by Ukrinform, on January 5, Russian troops attacked the Pokrovsk community in Donetsk, resulting in five people being injured.
On the same day, in Zarichne of the Lyman community in Donetsk, two people were injured due to enemy shelling.
