According to Ukrinform, the Luhansk Regional State Administration reported this on Facebook.
Seventy-year-old woman, along with two men aged 72 and 61, were evacuated from Novolyubivka. They are currently located in one of the cities in Donetsk region, where they have been provided with housing. The Krasnorichenska military administration is offering them all necessary assistance.
As of now, there are no civilians remaining in Novolyubivka, noted the regional administration.
During the past day, Russian forces attempted to advance towards this village, as well as in Bilohorivka and the area of Novohorivka. The Russians launched artillery strikes nine times and deployed 176 drones.
According to the regional administration, children from the so-called "LPR" will be admitted to Russian military schools without competition. This is stated in a document published on the Kremlin's website following a meeting between its leader, Vladimir Putin, and Russian volunteers.
In particular, it has been instructed to consider the possibility of expedited admission for children evacuated from territories temporarily occupied by Russians into educational institutions that integrate programs for preparing minors for military service, as well as for state service in the Russian Cossacks.
According to the regional administration, not only waste from neighboring regions is being brought in from Russia to the occupied part of Luhansk. Due to the relatively warm winter, a swarm of locusts is expected to invade the so-called "LPR" from the Rostov region of Russia. This warning comes from agronomists at the local branch of the Rosselkhoznadzor. They suggest that the locusts in Rostov region will not be contained.
As reported by Ukrinform, additional checkpoints are being set up around Luhansk allegedly to strengthen road control, but in reality, they are intended to issue draft notices to men.
