Another 89 people have been evacuated from the Kupiansk and Borivsk directions.

In the Kharkiv region, 89 people were evacuated yesterday from the Kupiansk and Borivsk directions due to intensified evacuation measures, including four children.

As reported by Ukrinform, this was announced on Facebook by Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration.

At 04:13 on January 28, in the Rogan territorial community of the Kharkiv district, four private houses were damaged due to the fall of a Shahed-type UAV. A 62-year-old woman and a 66-year-old man were injured. The woman has been hospitalized.

At 03:07 on January 28, in the Kyiv district of Kharkiv, debris from a "Geran-2" UAV was discovered following its downing in an open area.

Around 00:35 in the Novobavarsky district of Kharkiv, a Shahed-type UAV strike damaged a gas pipeline and five vehicles. A 59-year-old woman and a 9-year-old girl suffered acute stress reactions.

In the village of Shestakove, Chuhuyiv district, a private house was set ablaze after a "Geran-2" drone struck the ground.

On January 27 in Kupiansk, a warehouse of a civilian enterprise was damaged due to the fall of an FPV drone.

In the village of Kindrashivka, Kupiansk district, a 61-year-old woman was injured in a shelling and was hospitalized, Synegubov noted.

In the village of Zlatopil, Lozova district, debris from a Shahed-type UAV was found in an open field after it was downed.

According to Synegubov, in the Kharkiv direction, Russian forces attempted to breach defensive lines near Vovchansk five times.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy made six attempts to push Defense Forces units from their positions near Pishchane, Kutykyvka, Petropavlivka, and Lozova. One battle is still ongoing.

As Ukrinform reported, as a result of the attack by Russian strike drones in Kharkiv and the region, destruction and damage to infrastructure and residential properties have been recorded, with casualties reported.
