As reported by Ukrinform, this was announced in Telegram by the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleg Kiper.
"Last night, the enemy targeted the Izmail district with strike drones. Our air defense forces were actively engaged. The Russians aimed at port infrastructure," Kiper noted.
According to him, there are no casualties or injuries.
There are damages to buildings. Relevant services are on-site working to mitigate the effects of the attack. Law enforcement is documenting the aftermath, the head of the ODA added.
As Ukrinform reported, on January 28 in Odesa, as a result of a drone attack, a shock wave shattered a window in one of the schools, residential buildings and vehicles were damaged, and four people were injured.
