In February, Russian forces killed 13 civilians in Kherson.

This statistic was released on Telegram by the head of the Kherson Military Administration, Roman Mrochko, as reported by Ukrinform.

"We are reflecting on the grim results of February. As a result of Russian aggression, the last month of winter 2025 became the final one in the lives of 13 residents of Kherson. 113 of our people sustained injuries of varying severity," the official's post states.

He noted that in the previous month, there were only three days when there were no reports of killed or injured residents of the Kherson community. However, this was not because there were none; it was simply that they were not known at that time.

As Ukrinform reported, a 39-year-old man was injured in Kherson as a result of a drone attack.
