This information is reported by Kontrakty, citing the National Energy Company "Ukrenergo".
"Electricity consumption is showing a downward trend. As of 6:00 AM today, February 24, it was 2.3% lower than at the same time on the previous working day – Friday," the message states.
It is noted that on February 23, the daily maximum consumption was recorded in the evening. It was at the same level as the maximum of the previous Sunday – February 16.
Currently, the Ukrainian energy system continues to recover after the massive missile and drone attacks from Russia, and restoration work is ongoing at energy facilities.
"The need for prudent consumption remains. Please do not turn on multiple high-power electrical appliances simultaneously between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM," urges Ukrenergo.
