This was reported in Telegram by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration, Ivan Fedorov, as conveyed by Ukrinform.
“According to updated information, a 57-year-old man was injured due to an enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia,” Fedorov stated.
He mentioned that medical personnel provided the necessary assistance to the victim, who declined hospitalization.
The State Emergency Service (SES) reported that fires broke out in various areas of the city following the attack:
Firefighters managed to extinguish all the fires. All emergency services in the city, including 97 rescuers and 26 units of SES equipment, are working at the sites to eliminate the consequences of the enemy shelling.
As reported, on the evening of January 31, the Russians launched 16 drones at the city. As a result of the attack, infrastructure facilities, as well as multi-story and private houses, were damaged.
