This was reported by the Ukrainian Navy in an operational update as of 06:00 on January 26, 2025, on Facebook, as conveyed by Ukrinform.
“In the Black Sea, there are 2 enemy ships, one of which is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 4 missiles; in the Azov Sea, there are no enemy ships,” the post states.
According to the Ukrainian Armed Forces Navy, there are currently 6 enemy ships in the Mediterranean Sea, 2 of which are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 22 missiles.
Additionally, the publication notes that over the past day, in the interests of the Russian Federation, 3 vessels passed through the Kerch Strait into the Azov Sea, one of which was moving from the Bosporus Strait.
As Ukrinform reported, yesterday, three Ukrainian sailors, members of the crew of the vessel Galaxy Leader, returned home to Odesa after 14 months of captivity by Yemeni Houthis.
