As reported by Ukrinform, Stefanchuk announced this on Facebook following his meeting with the President of Estonia, Alar Karis.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada expressed gratitude for the comprehensive support provided to Ukraine and its people in the face of Russian aggression.
In particular, Stefanchuk thanked Estonia for the 19th package of defense assistance, as well as for military, financial, political, and humanitarian support since the onset of the full-scale war in Ukraine.
0The Chairman noted that he presented the Ukrainian Victory Plan in the Estonian Parliament. According to him, he discussed each point with Karis, the first of which is an invitation for Ukraine to join NATO, which would serve as a decisive response to Russia.
1"At the same time, it is critically important for Ukraine to have the capability to use long-range weapons for strikes on military airfields and bases in the territory of the Russian Federation for effective defense. This is also included in the Victory Plan, and I am counting on Estonia's support for this initiative," Stefanchuk stated.
Additionally, the parties discussed the security situation and Ukraine's urgent defense needs.
2According to Stefanchuk, the focus is on efforts to return children abducted by Russians to Ukraine and the situation in the energy sector.
He reported that the Estonian side is preparing to send equipment for the restoration of Ukraine's energy infrastructure in the near future. The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada expressed his gratitude and emphasized that this decision is crucial for the survival of hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians.
As Ukrinform reported, Stefanchuk presented the Victory Plan of Ukraine to Estonian lawmakers.
