As reported by Ukrinform, this was announced on Facebook by the Ukrainian Community in Lebanon.
The community welcomed the distinguished guests with a traditional bread and a carol. In turn, the ministers expressed their gratitude to Ukrainians in Lebanon for preserving Ukrainian identity, unity, and support for Ukraine.
Andrii Sybiha presented the Ukrainian Community in Lebanon with the book "Ukrainian Cuisine," while the community leader, Iryna Vysota, gifted the minister a copy of Ivan Franko's "Withered Leaves," translated into Arabic.
During the meeting, there was an exchange of views regarding the needs of Ukrainians in Lebanon. Minister Andrii Sybiha assured that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is ready to support the interests of Ukrainians in Lebanon in every possible way.
As a reminder, during his visit to Syria, Minister Andrii Sybiha raised the flag over the consulate in Damascus and met with the Ukrainian community.
