This morning, Russian forces struck Bohodukhiv in the Kharkiv region, resulting in a fire at a local enterprise.
Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, reported this on Facebook, as conveyed by Ukrinform.
Due to the shelling at 07:22, a hangar of a civilian enterprise in Bogodukhiv is on fire. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties, noted Synegubov.
He mentioned that the previous day, in the village of Zolochiv in the Bogodukhiv district, a shell struck an open area. Five private households, an outbuilding, and energy networks were damaged.
Additionally, the Russians launched two KAB strikes on an open area outside the village of Okip. There were no destructions.
The enemy shelled the center of the village of Borova in the Izium district. An excavator, an educational institution building, and various infrastructure were damaged.
Near the village of Borshchova in the Kharkiv district, two impacts on the ground were recorded.
According to Synegubov, in the Kharkiv direction, the enemy attempted to storm Ukrainian military positions near Vovchansk twice but was repelled.
The Ukrainian defense forces repelled Russian assault actions near Zapadny, Dvorichna, and Kruhlyakivka in the Kupiansk direction. There were four enemy attacks in that area over the course of a day.
As a result of intensified evacuation measures from the Kupiansk and Boriv directions, seven people were evacuated, including two children.
As reported by Ukrinform, utility services in Kharkiv have been fully restored after a massive missile strike on December 25.
