According to the head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Vadym Filashkin, this was reported on Telegram, as conveyed by Ukrinform.
“On January 31, the Russians injured 3 residents of Donetsk region: 2 in Pokrovsk and one in Katerynivka,” Filashkin wrote.
He noted that the total number of victims from the Russians in Donetsk is reported without taking into account Mariupol and Volnovakha.
As previously reported, Russian troops killed one resident of Donetsk region and injured another 18 people on January 30.
