“During the night and morning, Russian forces conducted 24 shellings of border areas and settlements in the Sumy region. A total of 27 explosions were recorded. The Sumy, Khotyn, Yunakivka, Velykopysarivka, and Seredyno-Buda communities were targeted,” the report states.
According to reports, the Yunakivka community experienced the launch of guided bombs (4 explosions), an attack by FPV drones (9 explosions), artillery shelling (6 explosions), and the dropping of VOGs from UAVs (2 explosions).
The Seredyno-Buda community was attacked with multiple rocket launchers (3 explosions).
“In the Sumy community: as a result of a drone attack (2 explosions), 2 civilians were injured, and 1 private house, 3 apartment buildings, and an office space were damaged,” the administration reported.
The Khotyn community was struck by a drone attack (4 explosions).
The Velykopysarivka community was hit by artillery fire (6 explosions).
As reported by Ukrinform, as a result of a Russian drone strike, two civilians were injured in Sumy.
Throughout the night, 7 Russian drones were shot down over the Sumy region.
