The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, reported this on Facebook, as conveyed by Ukrinform.
"The morning in Dnipropetrovsk region began with an air raid alert. It was loud in the Kryvyi Rih district. We are clarifying the details," Lysak wrote.
After midnight, Russian forces shelled the Nikopol district twice with heavy artillery. They targeted the district center and the Pokrovsk community. Ten private homes and two agricultural buildings were damaged. Additionally, vehicles, a gas pipeline, and power lines were also affected.
Fortunately, there were no casualties reported.
During the night, the fighters of the Eastern Defense Forces shot down an enemy drone over the region.
As reported by Ukrinform, Russian military forces attacked Nikopol in the Dnipropetrovsk region with drones on Saturday, with no casualties or injuries reported.
