Russian forces shelled the Semenivka community in Chernihiv region, causing damage.

Russian troops shelled the border Semenivka community in the Chernihiv region overnight, damaging homes and vehicles of civilians.

This was reported on Facebook by the head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration, Viacheslav Chaus, as conveyed by Ukrinform.

“Overnight, the Russians shelled the Semenivka community. They likely attacked using artillery. Two houses and two cars were damaged,” Chaus informed.

He noted that the Russians continue their terror even during the pre-New Year period.

According to the Chernihiv Regional Police, no people were harmed as a result of the enemy shelling.

Law enforcement officials documented the impact of the strikes and collected evidence of yet another war crime committed by the Russian invaders.

As reported by Ukrinform, on December 30, Russian troops carried out 36 shellings with various types of weapons along the border of Chernihiv, parts of Sumy, and parts of Kharkiv regions, resulting in a total of 106 explosions.
