According to Ukrinform, the Luhansk Regional State Administration reports this on Facebook.
It is impossible to enter Lysychansk without local registration and Russian-style documents.
Previously, the Russian administration offered to issue special permits after thorough checks, allowing individuals to stay in the city.
Currently, this procedure has been canceled, and the city is closed. The ban applies solely to civilians, emphasized the Regional State Administration.
As stated in the report, residents of the temporarily occupied Rubizhne complain not only about the poor quality of repairs to housing, which are only beginning in the most intact high-rise buildings.
The superficiality of these restoration efforts is further confirmed by the fact that the Russians are indifferent to the semi-destroyed shops and administrative buildings located between the houses. The invaders do not aim to rebuild the infrastructure or develop the city.
According to the head of the regional military administration, Artem Lysyhor, "in the Siversky direction, the invaders again attempted to achieve success in Bilohorivka, but their assault was repelled. In the Lyman direction, they attacked with the support of aviation. They pressed towards Tverdokhlibove, Makiivka, and Hrekivka. The enemy opened fire 19 times with various types of artillery. They directed a record 170 drones at our positions for this section of the front."
As reported by Ukrinform, the ban on the sale of alcoholic beverages in the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk will last until January 12, as the invaders fear drunken disputes among the soldiers of different units.
