As reported by Ukrinform, this was announced on Facebook by the head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Vadym Filashkin.
According to him, "on January 30, the Russians killed 1 resident of Donetsk region— in Ivanopillia. Another 18 people in the region were injured within a day."
The head of the regional administration emphasized that the total number of casualties caused by the Russians in Donetsk (2,943 dead and 6,650 injured) is reported without considering Mariupol and Volnovakha.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, on January 30, the Russians shelled the central districts of Kramatorsk. By 14:00, there were reports of 13 injured, including two children.
