According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Facebook by the head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Vadim Filashkin.
"On February 23, the Russians injured 1 resident of Donetsk region — in Myrnohrad," he noted.
Filashkin stated that the total number of Russian victims in Donetsk (2982 deceased and 6751 injured) does not include Mariupol and Volnovakha.
As reported by Ukrinform, on February 22, due to Russian shelling in Donetsk, 134 civilian objects were damaged, including 73 residential buildings.
