Russia launched its strategic aviation into the air, and cruise missiles were fired.

This was reported by Ukrinform, referencing the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.

"Preliminarily, 4 Tu-95 MS aircraft launched cruise missiles from the area near Engels, Saratov region," the post states.

Later, the Air Forces confirmed the missile launches on Telegram.

"Cruise missiles are heading towards the Chernihiv region, in a south-western direction," the publication notes.

06:00 - the military reported a change in the missile's trajectory towards Poltava region.

06:05 - missiles are moving towards Cherkasy, according to military sources.

06:13 - "Cruise missiles continued their path towards Kapitanivka in Kirovohrad region," the Air Forces report.

06:19 - missiles altered their course towards Buki, Cherkasy region - data from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

06:22 - Cruise missiles are in the airspace of Kyiv region, heading towards Stavyshche and Bila Tserkva.

06:28 - course set towards Zhytomyr region.

07:25 - missile threat has been lifted.

As reported by Ukrinform, throughout the night, Russians attacked Ukraine with strike drones.
