The Russian army lost another 1,060 invaders in Ukraine within just one day.

From February 24, 2022, to February 28, 2025, the total combat losses of Russian forces in Ukraine are approximately 874,560 personnel, with 1,060 casualties reported in the past day.

This is stated in a message from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, as reported by Ukrinform.

Due to the continuous influx of refined intelligence data, there has arisen a need to adjust some figures regarding the overall losses of the enemy – personnel, armored combat vehicles, artillery systems, MLRS, air defense systems, cruise missiles, automotive transport, and special equipment. The overall data has been updated, and daily losses are reported in the usual manner, the General Staff noted.

The defense forces have destroyed 10,222 (+13) Russian tanks, 21,234 (+17) armored combat vehicles, 23,847 (+54) artillery systems, 1,303 (+1) MLRS, 1,087 (+0) air defense systems, aircraft – 370 (+0), helicopters – 331 (+0), operational-tactical level UAVs – 27,274 (+172), cruise missiles – 3,085 (+0), ships / boats – 28 (+0), submarines – 1 (+0), automotive vehicles and tankers – 38,994 (+126), and special equipment – 3,763 (+4).

As reported by Ukrinform, on February 27, as of 22:00, there were 118 combat engagements between the Defense Forces of Ukraine and Russian invaders.
