Russian forces killed one resident of the Donetsk region and injured four others on January 6.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Facebook by the head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Vadim Filashkin.

He stated, "On January 6, the Russians killed one resident of Donetsk - in Siversk. Four more people were injured in the region over the course of the day."

The head of the regional administration emphasized that the total number of victims of the Russian invaders in Donetsk (2,921 killed and 6,558 injured) does not include those from Mariupol and Volnovakha.

As reported by Ukrinform, in the Pokrovsk district of the Donetsk region, two 11-year-old boys were injured by an unidentified explosive device.
