So far, ballots from voters at 3,085 polling stations have been counted, which represents 99.164% of the total number of stations.
The pro-Russian "Georgian Dream" garnered 1,114,936 votes.
Following them are pro-European parties: "Coalition for Changes" secured 10.806% of the voter votes (221,992); "Unity - National Movement" received 10.094% (207,353); "Strong Georgia" - 8.752% (179,795 votes); "Gakharia for Georgia" - 7.75% (159,204).
In total, 3,111 polling stations were operational during the elections.
Additionally, according to preliminary data from the CEC, at 52 polling stations opened abroad, 29.076% of votes (5,489) were cast for the "Coalition for Changes." Following this political alliance are: "Unity - National Movement" with 20.839% of the votes (3,934 votes) and "Georgian Dream" with 17.735% (3,348 votes).
As reported by Ukrinform, voting for the parliamentary elections took place in Georgia on Saturday, October 26. A total of 18 political parties competed for parliamentary mandates.
The party of former President Mikheil Saakashvili, "Unity - National Movement," announced that it does not recognize the results of the parliamentary elections held in the country on October 26.
