Mobile teams in three vehicles are traveling through the villages of occupied Luhansk region with the aim of imposing Russian passports on local residents.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Facebook by the head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Artem Lysyhor.

“Three vehicles with mobile teams are attempting to provide on-site processing of Russian-style passports to dozens of villages and settlements in occupied Luhansk region. Each team is assigned to cover populated areas in two or three districts or towns. A small village is visited once every one to two months. They work only 5-6 hours a day. They cover territories occupied both in 2014 and in 2022,” wrote Lysyhor.

Meanwhile, after 2.5 years of occupation, water supply has been restored in one of the central districts of Lysychansk. However, it is only available on an hourly basis, noted the head of the OVA.

“Cold water can be used only in the morning and evening, if there is enough pressure,” emphasized the head of the Luhansk OVA.

As reported by Ukrinform, the gasification program of the so-called "LPR" by 2033 covers only 800 subscribers.
