Over Cherkasy, air defense forces shot down six enemy drones.

Last night, air defense forces shot down six enemy drones in the sky over Cherkasy region.

This was reported in Telegram by the head of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration, Ihor Taburets, as conveyed by Ukrinform.

“Whether day or night, the enemy did not give our defenders of the Ukrainian sky any respite. During the last alert in the region, 6 Russian UAVs were destroyed,” wrote Taburets.

According to him, there were no injuries or damage reported from the debris of the downed UAVs.

As previously reported, today, January 4, air defense forces shot down 18 Russian UAVs in the sky over Sumy region.
