On the evening of February 28, the Russian army launched an attack on the Sadyivka community in the Sumy region using drones and missiles. This assault resulted in damage to five private homes, a dormitory, and a company office.

The head of the Sadiivska community, Ivan Kryuchkov, informed Suspilne, as reported by Ukrinform.

"There were massive shellings and hits. Mostly, they struck fields in the area of Zeleny Dibriv. In Holubivka, a residential area was hit — 5 private houses were damaged. Windows were shattered, and sheds and summer kitchens were harmed. Fortunately, there are no injuries among the people," said Kryuchkov.

According to him, a dormitory and the office of a local enterprise were also affected — windows were broken, and a car was damaged.

In turn, the Sumy Regional Military Administration reported that air defense units shot down 11 Russian drones over the Sumy region on March 1.

As Ukrinform reported, during the night, the Ukrainian Defense Forces shot down 103 Russian drones, with another 51 lost in various locations.
