Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups have decreased their activity in the northern direction, according to military reports.

The activity of Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups remains constant, although it has decreased recently.

As reported by Ukrinform, this was stated by the spokesperson for the operational-tactical grouping of troops "Siversk," Vadym Mysnyk, during a television broadcast.

"The activity of the DRG being utilized by the enemy remains constant. We know that intelligence has recorded the presence of such units in our area, however, instances of their direct application have significantly decreased," Mysnyk noted.

According to him, the winter period partially facilitates the execution of such sabotage actions by the enemy, but all attempts are timely detected and met with an appropriate response.

As previously reported, the Russian occupation army is attempting to expand its sphere of influence in the Kharkiv region, particularly with ongoing attempts by enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups to infiltrate.
