As reported by Ukrinform, this was announced in a Telegram post by the acting head of the regional state administration, Mykola Kalashnyk.
"During the night, the enemy launched a massive attack on Kyiv region using UAVs. The alarm lasted for 10 hours. Air defense forces were active in the region. Several enemy targets were shot down. There are no casualties among the population. No hits on critical infrastructure facilities were recorded," the message states.
It is noted that in the Bucha district, four private houses were damaged due to falling debris from the downed enemy targets.
In the Vyshhorod district, debris from a UAV caused a fire in the grass on an open area. The fire has been extinguished.
Operational groups are continuing to document the consequences of the enemy attack.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have downed 138 Russian strike UAVs of the Shahed type and other types of drones, with another 119 lost in location.
