Russian troops dropped explosives from a drone on a cyclist in Novoraysk, Kherson region, on the morning of January 9.
As reported by Ukrinform, this information was shared in a Telegram post by the Kherson Regional State Administration.
As a result of the drone attack, a 64-year-old woman sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds to her shoulder, lower back, and leg.
She was taken to a hospital for treatment.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, Russian forces struck 40 settlements in the Kherson region on January 8, resulting in four fatalities and 10 injuries.
