This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office via Telegram, as conveyed by Ukrinform.
"According to the investigation, on October 26 at approximately 21:00, Russian forces launched an airstrike on the village of Malynivka in the Chuhuiv district. Warehouse facilities of a farming enterprise were damaged. There were no casualties. Additionally, yesterday around 22:00, Russian military conducted artillery shelling of the village of Kruhlyakivka in the Kupiansk district. A 76-year-old woman was injured. Residential buildings were damaged," the statement reads.
Under the procedural guidance of the Chuhuiv and Kupiansk district prosecutors, Kharkiv region has initiated pre-trial investigations into violations of the laws and customs of war (part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Prosecutors and police investigators are documenting war crimes committed by Russian military forces.
As reported by Ukrinform, in Kharkiv region, 116 people were evacuated within a day from the Kupiansk and Borivsk directions, including six children.
