In the past day, there were 91 clashes at the front, with the enemy launching the most attacks in the Pokrovsk direction.

According to Ukrinform, this information is included in the report from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook regarding the situation as of 8:00 AM on Saturday, March 1.

Yesterday, Russian forces launched a missile strike on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas using one missile, in addition to conducting 100 airstrikes, which included dropping 152 guided aerial bombs.

Furthermore, the enemy carried out over 5600 shellings, of which 121 were from multiple launch rocket systems, and deployed 2449 kamikaze drones for attacks.

The Russian army conducted airstrikes in the areas of the settlements of Yunakivka, Basyivka in the Sumy region; Kalynove, Chornoglazivka, Orishanka, Dovzhyk, and Bezruki in the Kharkiv region; Kramatorsk, Bilokuzminivka, Krasnotorka, Kostiantynivka, Zvirove, Leontovychy, Zeleny Hay, and Andriivka-Klevtsove in the Donetsk region; Sichneve in the Dnipropetrovsk region; Zaliznychne, Huliaipole, and Piatykhatky in the Zaporizhzhia region; Antonivka and Poniativka in the Kherson region.

Yesterday, the aviation, rocket forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck 11 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons, and military equipment, as well as three artillery systems and an ammunition depot belonging to the Russians.

In the past day, in the Kharkiv direction, there was one enemy attack near Vovchansk.

In the Kupiansk direction, two Russian attacks were recorded over the day. The Defense Forces repelled assault actions near Zahryzove and Lozova.

In the Lyman direction, Russian troops attacked twice, attempting to advance near Ivanivka and Yampolivka.

Additionally, the enemy made two assault attempts to push back Ukrainian defenders from their positions in the areas of Bilohorivka and Verkhnokamianske in the Siversk direction.

In the Kramatorsk direction, there were two assault actions by Russian invaders in the area of Orikhovo-Vasylivka.

In the Toretsk direction, Ukrainian forces repelled 16 attacks in the areas of Krymske, Dachne, Toretsk, and Leonidivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders halted 26 Russian assaults in the areas of Baranivka, Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Lysivka, Novoukrainka, Pishchane, Kotlyne, Nadiivka, and Andriivka.

In the Novopavlivsk direction, the Defense Forces repelled eight enemy offensive actions. Russian efforts were concentrated in the areas of Kostiantynivka and Skudne.

With the support of assault and bomber aviation, the enemy attempted three times to push Ukrainian defenders from their positions in the Huliaipole direction, in the areas of Pryvilne and Rivnopillia.

In the Orikhiv direction, in the areas of Piatykhatky and Kamyanske, Russian invaders launched three attacks.

In the Dnipro direction, Russian troops did not conduct active offensive actions.

In the Kursk direction, the Defense Forces repelled 18 enemy attacks in the past day. The Russians carried out 527 artillery shellings, including 18 from multiple launch rocket systems, as well as 25 airstrikes, dropping 31 guided aerial bombs.

In the Volyn and Polissya directions, no signs of enemy offensive group formations were detected.

Along the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the Russians are actively using artillery and aviation from their territory against areas of Ukrainian populated points.
