This information was reported in the operational update as of 06:00 on January 4, 2025, by the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, as conveyed by Ukrinform.
“In the Black Sea, there is 1 enemy ship that is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles, but the missiles are absent; in the Azov Sea, there are no enemy ships,” the publication states.
According to the Ukrainian Navy, there are currently 7 enemy ships in the Mediterranean Sea, of which 2 are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles, with a total salvo of up to 22 missiles.
Additionally, it is noted that over the past day, in the interests of the Russian Federation, the following vessels passed through the Kerch Strait: 7 vessels into the Black Sea, all of which continued towards the Bosporus Strait; and 1 vessel into the Azov Sea, which did not exit the Bosporus Strait.
As reported by Ukrinform, Russia has sent cargo ships to the shores of Syria, which will transport part of the military equipment to Libya.
