According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Facebook by the head of the regional state administration, Vadim Filashkin.
He stated that on February 27, Russians killed three residents of Donetsk region: in Kostiantynivka, Pokrovsk, and Torsk. Additionally, seven people were injured.
The total number of victims of the Russians in Donetsk region (2995 dead and 6793 injured) is reported without considering the casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha, emphasized Filashkin.
As reported by Ukrinform, on February 27, the Russians shelled Kostiantynivka with "Smerches" and artillery. One person was killed, and four others were injured.
