The Hadyachsir dairy plant has been sold at a repeated auction on Prozorro for 44.03 million UAH. The bidding took place as part of the bankruptcy procedure. Reports biz.nv.ua. This information was provided by Kontrakty.UA.
The winner is the Chernihiv-based group of companies, Proviant, led and owned by Valentyn Zaporoshchuk (TM Ichnya, TM MamaMilla). The full payment is expected to be completed within 10 working days, that is, by March 4, 2025.
At the first auction in September 2024, the price of the dairy plant was set at 99.2 million UAH. Due to a lack of participants, the auction did not take place. The starting price for the second auction was 73.4 million UAH. It was conducted as a Dutch auction—meaning the price was lowered.
The new owner will receive a complex of industrial buildings and auxiliary structures of the Hadyachsir plant, two land plots of 4 ha and 0.7 ha, as well as about 900 inventory units of various equipment.
Hadyachsir was declared bankrupt in 2023. The enterprise was part of the holding of Almyra, owned by Ruslan Badaev (close to ex-hero of Ukraine Yuriy Boyko). The final beneficiary listed in the state register is Oleg Balyuk.
In 2012-2013, the Hadyachsir group was included in the ranking of the 200 largest corporations in Ukraine according to Forbes.
