The team led by Volodymyr Pyatenko will host the Croatian team in the Albanian city of Elbasan, as reported by Ukrinform.
The match will kick off at the "Elbasan Arena" at 19:00 Kyiv time.
In another match of Group B4, the Czech Republic will play at home against Albania.
As previously reported, in the first round of the women's Nations League, the Ukrainian national team defeated the Albanians (2:1), while the Croatians lost to the Czechs (0:4).
