The fund has already disbursed over ₴138 million in compensation to depositors.

The Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals has disbursed UAH 138.3 million in guaranteed compensation to depositors of liquidated banks from the beginning of the year until December 1, 2024.

As reported by Ukrinform, this information was shared by FGVFO.

"As of December 1, 2024, the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals has paid UAH 138.3 million in guaranteed compensation to depositors of banks being withdrawn from the market," the statement reads.

The total amount paid to depositors of banks that began the withdrawal process after February 24, 2022, has reached UAH 9 billion. The fund noted that the institution has fully settled with all depositors of these banks who applied for payments.

During November 2024, the fund disbursed UAH 13.6 million, of which UAH 11.4 million was received by depositors of JSC "AKB Concord" and UAH 1.2 million by depositors of JSC "Megabank".

As of December 1, 2024, the fund's assets amount to UAH 42.3 billion. Throughout its existence, the total amount of guaranteed compensation paid by FGVFO has reached UAH 104.7 billion.

The fund reminded that following the onset of the full-scale invasion, the liquidation process began in eight banks.
