The UK Foreign Secretary, David Lammy, has arrived in Kyiv.

As reported by Ukrinform, this was announced in a Telegram post by Ukraine's Ambassador to the United Kingdom, former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhny, who also shared a photo of the meeting at the Kyiv train station.

"I welcome the UK Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs David Lammy to Ukrainian soil. We will discuss further cooperation and joint projects to enhance Ukraine's security," Zaluzhny noted.

He also expressed gratitude that the United Kingdom has always stood by Ukraine during these challenging times.

As reported by Ukrinform, former UK Home Secretary Charles Clarke stated that any government in London will stand with Ukraine, as it is deemed right to protect this nation's right to determine its own future.
