According to a report by Telegram , Ukrenergo has announced this, as conveyed by Ukrinform.
"Due to the missile attack, emergency shutdowns have been implemented in the Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, and Kirovohrad regions," the statement reads.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the morning of February 1, Russian forces attacked the Poltava region, causing damage to energy infrastructure in the Myrhorod district.
