The Russian army lost 1,430 invaders in Ukraine within a single day.

The total combat losses of Russian forces in Ukraine from February 24, 2022, to January 9, 2024, amount to approximately 803,100 personnel, including 1,430 individuals lost in the last day.

This information was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, as conveyed by Ukrinform.

Additionally, the Defense Forces have destroyed 9,731 (+17) Russian tanks, 20,221 (+16) armored combat vehicles, 21,765 (+36) artillery systems, 1,260 (+0) MLRS, 1,038 (+0) air defense systems, aircraft – 369 (+0), helicopters – 331 (+0), operational-tactical drones – 21,813 (+86), cruise missiles – 3,014 (+0), ships / boats – 28 (+0), submarines – 1 (+0), and automotive vehicles and fuel tankers – 33,387 (+80), as well as specialized equipment – 3,686 (+5).
