Israeli forces have eliminated the last member of Hamas' Politburo.

The Israeli army announced the elimination of the last member of the Hamas political bureau, Iz al-Din Kassab.

According to Ukrinform, this is stated in a message from IDF.

It is noted that the militant was neutralized during a strike in the Khan Yunis area. Intelligence provided information about his location.

Kassab was responsible for national relations within the organization and oversaw the coordination and connections between Hamas and other terrorist groups in the Gaza Strip.

Additionally, according to the IDF, he directed terrorist attacks against Israel.
