Ukrzaliznytsia has launched additional medical evacuation train cars.

As part of the collaboration between Ukrzaliznytsia, the Ministry of Defense, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, several more medical evacuation train cars have been released, equipped like a fully functional mobile hospital.

Within the framework of cooperation between Ukrzaliznytsia, the Ministry of Defense, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, several more medical evacuation wagons have been produced, equipped like a real mobile hospital.

This was reported by the command of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, as conveyed by Ukrinform.

It is noted that trains with such wagons are used to evacuate severely injured servicemen.

The Commander of the Medical Forces, Major General Anatolii Kazmirchuk, emphasized that qualified and timely assistance at all stages of medical evacuation saves the defenders of Ukraine in need every day.

He expressed gratitude to all involved for their cooperation in providing quality medical care.

As reported by Ukrinform, due to the danger of being hit in the air, only 2% of cases rely on aerial evacuation of the wounded. The lion's share occurs through ground transportation, but armored vehicles for evacuation are slightly more than half of the required amount.
