This was reported by the Telegram channel "Crimean Wind", as conveyed by Ukrinform.

"According to our source, in the bay near the village of Chornomorske in Crimea, a Ukrainian drone hit a Russian vessel," the message states.

It is noted that this occurred on Monday, December 23, around 17:00.

"The UAV struck the side of the vessel 'Fedir Uryupin'. The hit was above the waterline, the vessel did not sink, but damage was inflicted," the Telegram channel reports.

The vessel 'Fedir Uryupin' (IMO: 9443499), built in 2010, was seized from Ukraine in 2014 during the annexation of Crimea. It has not been in use recently.

The tug 'Fedir Uryupin', according to the Marinetraffic database, flies the Russian flag, but the owner is listed as the Ukrainian state enterprise 'Chornomornaftogaz'.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Russians are covering combat ships with support vessels in Crimea.
