The President has appointed a new head of the Velykobilozerka village military administration.
President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Yuriy Lysyura as the head of the Velykobilozerka Village Military Administration in the Vasylivka District of Zaporizhia Oblast.

The relevant decree №5/2025-рп dated January 29 has been published on the president's website, as reported by Ukrinform.
“To appoint Lyzyur Yuriy Yuriyovych as the head of the Velykobilozerka village military administration in the Vasylivka district of Zaporizhia region,” the document states.
In another decree №4/2025-рп, the president dismissed Yuriy Rybalku from this position.
As previously reported, Zelensky issued a decree on January 24 appointing Mykola Chystikov as the head of the Novoraysk village military administration in the Berislav district of Kherson region.
