It is noted that around 4:00 PM, the enemy launched missile strikes on the Osnovianskyi district of Kharkiv. One of the impacts hit a two-story residential building, which was completely destroyed. Additionally, several high-rise buildings, private homes, garages, and vehicles were damaged. Rescuers managed to extinguish two fire outbreaks covering an area of 20 square meters.
"As a result of the enemy's missile strikes, one person has died, and 46 others have been injured," the State Emergency Service reports.
To address the aftermath of the strikes, rescuers from the Kharkiv and Ivano-Frankivsk garrisons of the State Emergency Service, two units from the Special Rapid Response Center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, as well as municipal services and canine units from volunteer organizations were involved.
Psychologists from the State Emergency Service were on-site providing assistance to 15 individuals.
As previously reported, on November 1, Russian forces launched S-400 missiles at the location of police officers. Initial reports indicated that one police officer was killed, while 30 police personnel, one rescuer, and nine civilians were injured. As a result of the strike, 20 residential buildings and six non-residential buildings, as well as 11 vehicles, were damaged.
