According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Artem Lysogor, in Telegram.
“Employees of eight industrial enterprises located in the so-called ‘LPR’ have been owed salaries by the occupiers from October 2015 to December 2024. Those who remained employed, as well as those who were laid off during this period, have been waiting for their due payments for over nine years. It is important to note that these business entities are state-owned in the ‘LPR’,” wrote Lysogor.
He clarified that specialists from the enterprises “Luhansk Polymetals,” “Gipromashvuhlezbagachennya,” “Luhansk Vuhleremont,” “Vtorpromtorg,” “Chemical State Association,” “Lutuhyn Scientific and Production Rolling Mill,” “Yunyst,” and “Central Design Bureau of Machine Engineering ‘Donetsk’” have been left without funding.
Meanwhile, in some areas of Luhansk, tram services are being destroyed. By alternately announcing road reconstruction on the streets and avenues of the city, the occupiers are dismantling tram tracks and the contact network.
“Perhaps this is their way of addressing the shortage of public transport drivers,” suggested the head of the Luhansk OVA.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Russians do not recognize debts owed to educators that have accumulated under the leadership of the so-called ‘LPR’.
