The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, reported this on Telegram, as conveyed by Ukrinform.
“On February 21, the Russians killed two residents of Donetsk region: in Kostiantynivka and Nikanorivka. Another 12 people in the region were injured within a day,” Filashkin wrote.
As previously reported, on February 20, the Russian army killed seven residents of Donetsk region, and two other civilians were injured.
